With over two decades in the maritime industry, I've stood where you stand now — navigating the challenges of command, team leadership, and career growth at sea.

As a Master Mariner and Senior DPO, I've operated in high-stakes environments where clear thinking and effective leadership aren't optional. As a certified DP Instructor, I've trained hundreds of officers in technical excellence.
